Jonathan Jessica Simpson Yaniv gave another court room performance for the Yaniv Saga Monday March 2nd, 2026. The judge eventually said, Fuck You, Pay Me. 72 Hours until the Alta West Realtor will show up and use the RCMP and/or Bailiff to access the condo, by removing the locks – if necessary.
The day started as any other Monday. A Foreclosure courtroom filled with legit woes, and then there was Fat Jon – #15 on the list.
Mad Miriam was there. Upon spotting KS in the court room, Fat Jon spewed forth a big sob story trying to have her removed.
Fat Jon and Mad Miriam disappear into hallways, begging to be heard #1 – the usual we are Jews, the mean Christians are in the court, plus there is a hitman and a bad TERF woman. Everything was making them verklempt.
Time ticked on. Fat Jon had the judge agree to allow him to chat via video conference method, despite being in the building.
Fat Jon then utters threats, swearing over the video chat, for all to hear – wrapping up his insanity with – “Just wait until you get home.” The victim of the threats will file a police report.
MM thinks Fat Jon was removed from court for everyone else’s safety – because clearly he has a proven record of violence. Mad Miriam had a walker with her – and we’ve all seen Fat Jon beat up the Rebel News Reporter with a pink walking cane.
Fat Jon told the judge KS was running a livestream. She was not. Fat Jon was probably watching people on X and saw the Métis woman was playing tunes for her X friends – none of them are KS. MM reached out to Métis woman and she informed us – she has never met KS, never DM’d or emailed or communicated with KS.
Then Fat Jon lied and said KS assaulted him last hearing. It was one of the PI ladies that served him papers and some hot coffee last time. Oh the lies that bastard tells.

Then the truth comes out.
Mad Miriam DID call the realtor for AW and make threats. The Realtor might have threatened to have Mad Miriam arrested for harassment.
Fat Jon admits to blocking the AW realtor communications – delaying access.
Fat Jon tries again to get a publication ban but the Judge says, sorry sir, this isn’t the BC CRT.
This causes a meltdown, with Fat Jon explaining how MeowMix is ruining his life by sharing court documents that are public domain.
Thank you Fat Jon, you really love us. Your safety is not in jeopardy from people that don’t even live on the same continent. MM would move oceans to have been able to see this in person but alas, we merely enjoy the reenactments by first hand witnesses, that are kind enough to share with us their adventures. We are all MM though aren’t we? #iamMeowMix if you agree. MM was gifted the documents today. (We understand the Affidavits are possibly being scanned and sent at some point. Thus is our coverage, trying to report on events on the other side of the globe.)
Finally Fat Jon realizes his bullshit isn’t walking today. Although MM suspect some of his giant turds could walk. MM suspect he was wearing diaper in court earlier this week.
Fat Jon begs them NOT to bust his lock because it’s so expensive to replace, as he had the firefighters kick it down before. It’s not his fault – hitman scenario and all. Judge says WAH.
Fat Jon then claimed the sale of Mad Miriam’s condo is done, something about an investor and a renter lined up, but like usual ZERO evidence of the pending sale to bank on that claim. No offer, no letter, nada. Zilch.
Then the Judge asked how Fat Jon would even cover the short fall if Mad Miriam’s place sold?
Fat Jon says a bank has agreed to loan him $500,000. Judge says show me the money! Jon says the bank could NOT give him any paperwork. Right… pre-approvals come with paperwork bone head.
The Judge said sorry, no good. 72 hours and you have to give AW realtor access, and Fat Jon should feel safe since the RCMP will be attending with the realtor.
Furthermore, the judge awarded AW all their costs based on Schedule B calculations (MM have explained those schedules before) – so the cost of paying for RCMP to attend, the cost of the locks (if they do end up popping them) and every extra fee this delay has cost.
Watch that equity disappear!
MM will watch to see if Mad Miriam terminates the listing of her condo. MM believe it was merely listed as a scam, and would not be surprised in the least if the listing comes down. Although, you would think she will keep it listed for sale – as they ALL need to move once Jon is eventually evicted.
Also thanks to the folks that emailed us to let us know, the Deaf Aunt is actually just fine, as she walks the dogs all the time by herself, so she isn’t really being thrown off a cliff – yet.
Honestly, it will be crazy to see what state the Hawthorne condo is in, and we pray the realtor lists the pictures as-is! The mess and muck of the Pigloo will hopefully be available for the world to see soon.
